Game Day Meals Info

 ·       We are using Jason’s Deli again this year for game day meals.

·       They will deliver the meals directly to CHS9 and CHS on the selected game days.

·       Order your meals and pay online through the link on the booster club website (directions below)

·       Order BEFORE 2:30PM the day before the game to ensure your son gets a meal.

  *For example, if you want a meal for your son for the Tues., Nov.15 game, you must order it before 2:30PM on Monday, Nov.14.

·       The first games will be here soon!

  *The first game day meal for Varsity, JV1, and 9A is Tuesday, Nov. 7.

*The first game day meal for JV2 is Monday, Nov. 14.

*The first game day meal for 9B is Tuesday, Nov. 15.

·       All teams can order meals for both AWAY and HOME games, except for games played on weekends, holidays or tournaments.

 HOW TO ORDER YOUR MEAL

1.     Access the Game Day Meals link at the top of the page on the basketball booster club website: coppellbasketball.com

2.     Select your son’s team.

3.     Choose the date or dates of the games you want to order a meal for. You can choose to order/pay for all the dates of the season, or one at a time.

4.     Choose your meal details. (You can choose a different meal for each date for variety if you want.)

    a. There are three options to choose from: (All boxes include a sandwich, chips, chocolate chip cookie and bottled water. Prices include tax and delivery fee.)

b. Customize your sandwich regarding which meat, cheese, type of bread/wrap, etc. Vegetarian options are available.

c. Pay online.    

 Please note:

·       If you choose to order/pay for the meals one at a time, don’t forget to do it before 2:30PM the day before the game. If it’s after 2:30PM, your son will NOT get a meal! ;(

 ·       If you pay for multiple meals in advance but then your son is moved to a different team, contact Jason’s Deli directly and have them reimburse you or switch the meal to a different team/date, etc. Jason’s Deli: (972) 459-2905

 ·       If you’ve pre-paid for a meal, but then your son can’t play for some reason, you must contact Jason’s Deli yourself before the 2:30PM previous day cutoff to cancel the meal/get reimbursed, etc. Jason’s Deli: (972) 459-2905

 ·       If Coach adds a game to the current list later on in the season, we may or may not have enough time to request that a meal be added to the website so that you can order a meal. You can go in to the website by 2:30PM the day before the newly added game and check to see if a meal has been added (if I get enough notice to do so.) Otherwise, no meal will be provided. Thank you for understanding.

 ·       If a game is canceled before the 2:30PM previous day cutoff, I will alert Jason’s Deli to cancel any pre-orders and they’ll reimburse you for that meal.
